Marination Mobile’s shiny truck roams all over the city bringing Hawaiian-Korean food to the people. If you want to sit down (and have a beer) with your Marination Mobilation, there’s their Capitol Hill stationary location, Marination Station, and also Marination Ma Kai, by the Alki dock for the West Seattle water taxi. (“Ma kai” is Hawaiian for “of, toward, or near the sea.” The Alki location is pretty much summer paradise.) The kalbi beef tacos, the aloha sliders, the kimchi fried rice… it is all really good.
