Seattle ice cream darling Full Tilt will open its next parlor-arcade in Capitol Hill's 15th Avenue corridor. The shop, which exposed more folks to the wonder that is ube ice cream, will replace the Starbucks between Smith and Sugar Plum.

Local restaurateur Linda Derschang reportedly gave Full Tilt owner Justin Cline the heads up about the opening, Seattle Met reports. The Starbucks will close on September 20.

Full Tilt "will be moved into the space by January and ready to start the New Year on Capitol Hill" and has plans to open three more locations in the Seattle area, Capitol Hill Seattle Blog reports.
