Chef and artist Zach Pacleb, along with other Brothers & Co chefs, present the second installation of the Leftovers food art series, Remnants, which explores the "beauty and meaning" of the food we leave behind. Come hungry to taste bites inspired by the exhibition (e.g. dishes that make use of underutilized ingredients).
