The beloved Asian-Tex Mex fusion restaurant Phorale will re-open with the first appearance of its new food truck outside Bar Ciudad, accompanied by tunes from DJ On Mars, DJ OKbeats, and DJ Dshookz; a live mariachi performance; and light appetizers paired with cocktails made in collaboration with Bar Ciudad.
