Lester: I was hoping this article would shed some light on my lifelong question, 'Why are there no dedicated Teriyaki restaurants in the International District?". Am I just imagining things, or does every corner of Seattle have a Teriyaki shop except the ID? I would also be interested in knowing which beers pair well with some spicy goodness ? Rainier? Sapporo? ......

Other than that, I was giggling about the old Osaka on 2nd & Pine (RIP). I'm pretty sure I ended up there late night on a first date in the 90's ... Talk about setting the bar low.

I always thought teriyaki restaurants were ubiquitous in every big city until I moved away. Didn't realize I missed it until now.
