Honestly it's 2022 can they have the fucking decency to mark if anything is vegan on their menu online? Seattle continues to lose progressive cred w their shitty trendy restaurants that treat vegetarians and vegans as second class citizens. Do the people who run these places not even know any people or have any friends who choose not to eat meat? Bc I find that honestly... deeply weird when it's more common than ever. Normally it wouldn't bug me to the point of commenting but it's insult to injury when it's in the exact space of a place I could get a decent tofu scramble at a veg friendly restaurant for years and years.
