Also, the 150% hours availability should not apply to Seattle Starbucks location under the Secure Scheduling law, in which notice is required, or penalty applies, for changing an employeeā€™s hours. Unionized or not, behold, the power of labor laws!

The Post Master General is hired (and fired) by a Board of Governors, not the president. Back before the civil service reforms, the Post Office was the beating heart of the old corrupt "spoils system" that dominated the federal bureaucracy in the 19th century. Because it was so readily prone to graft. As a result, it was heavily shielded from political influence.

Hey Will: "Zombie Biden" can't fire DeJoy because federal law prohibits it. Only the Board of Governors of USPS can do that. A two-second Google search on "why Biden can't fire DeJoy" would have spared you from looking like a doofus.
