Inside his entertainment complex Ocean5, which features bowling, laser tag, and arcade games, former Starbucks COO Troy Alstead has opened a sustainable, farm-to-table-focused restaurant in Gig Harbor. The restaurant seats a whopping 200 diners and also includes a chef's counter, a social bar, a coffee lounge, and a heated outdoor patio with room for 100 other patrons. The menu devised by executive chef Ian Wingate showcases local, seasonal fare, including oysters, filet mignon and wild coho salmon.
