(Our most ancient ancestors were aquatic, but that was a very long time ago, and they were very different organisms.) With massive amounts of advanced technology, we can survive elsewhere for awhile, but it's very unlikely we'll ever reach anywhere else in the universe where we'll be genuinely comfortable.
