Many years ago, I used to get horrific headaches. Within a few seconds, I would go from feeling normal, to curled up in the fetal position on the ground (or in bed, bathroom, shower, etc.) with the world blotted out by the pounding and intense pain. Within a minute or so, the immediate headache would subside, but I'd be wrecked for the rest of the day. I eventually figured out what triggered them: similar to the LW's experience, or straining on the toilet, or several other triggers that involved increased pressure in the body. Doctors never figured out why I got them. Within a couple years, they went away. Doctors never figured out why they went away. No meds, licit or illicit, were involved. (For example, eliminating caffeine had no effect.)
Dang. The link doesn't work. Entire column ISN'T where it is said to be -- hence the link not working.
Usually Savage Love shows up later in the day. I was surprised to see this new approach. Which isn't. A new approach.
I can't sleep AND I have been Savage Love teased!
@1 - Good luck. Typically it's just post n' never-look-back!
