So he couldn’t of told “old and poor people they could keep thier doctors” during either 2008 or even 2012. Then there is the fact that overwhelming majority of ACA patients COULD and DID keep thier doctors. And the ones that couldn’t were in states where Republicans sabotaged the way the risk pools worked.
