El Gaucho also plans to open a location in Vancouver's Hotel Indigo in 2021.

HaiDiLao List
The wildly popular hot pot chain HaiDiLao, which opened List a location in Seattle's Pacific Place List mall in late September, has now opened its new Eastside location in Bellevue's Pacific Center. Due to the pandemic, the Bellevue location is currently only available for takeout and delivery through GrubHub, Uber Eats, and DoorDash.

Jack's BBQ
Jack's BBQ, the barbecue joint owned by former Microsoft employee and barbecue nerd Jack Timmons (who's spent time at the BBQ Summer Camp at the Meat Sciences department of Texas A&M and paid his respects at Louis Mueller's, Snow's, Cooper's, and other legendary Central Texas barbecue names), will open a new outpost in the former space of Royal Bear Pub & Eatery in Algona (outside of Federal Way) on Saturday. CLOSURES

Bloom Bistro
This short-lived White Center cafe, which opened in July, announced on Facebook last week that Sunday, October 25, would be its final day of service. The post read, "We are not backed by a large corporation, trust fund or big GoFundMe project and between the global pandemic, which doesn’t seem to be getting better, the situation with our electrical box being tampered with and not being able to collect any insurance money for the incident, and having to close for a week due to poisonous chemicals in the air, the odds were stacked against us being successful."
